About Me and How I Can Help You

I’m Ellen Trotter and for the last three years I’ve been helping women learn how to eat & move for life by building habits that build confidence, clarity and consistency.

Beginning with training for my sport as a soccer player and helping my younger teammates find their way in the gym and kitchen, to helping the moms in my group fitness classes at a local YMCA. Eventually finding the biggest platform out there “the internet” and branching out across the country and reaching women of all shapes and sizes.

What you may not know is that I was not always the fit, in-shape, trainer striving to help women change their lives through integrating fitness, food, and most importantly mindset . I began just like most of you,  I was not born with amazing athletic ability and blessed with muscular genetics.  I have however, always worked hard, grinded and learned from every choice I’ve made.   

Going from an average hard working soccer player with very little ball skills, speed, strength, or conditioning  to becoming a starter and an all-conference selection all began from the work of one dedicated summer.

Throughout my college soccer career and the last few years I have learned a ton of lessons that have radically changed my life. Some as a result of mistakes and poor decisions I’ve made and some from the positive choices I started making.

You know how people always say hindsight is 20/20… Well it couldn’t be more true! Looking back now I see what truly made the difference in my life and the lives of so many others that are living a healthy and happy life.

And the truth is, it’s not very complicated. It comes down to following some key principles and setting up a plan that fits your life so you are able to create the consistency needed to achieve whatever your personal dreams, goals, and aspirations are.

The difficult part for me was transitioning all that I learned in fitness and nutrition that was originally aimed at how to best eat and train for my sport, to how to eat and train for life.

During this period in my life I went from the best shape I’ve ever been in, to the worst.  

Going from feeling like I have everything I could want to be happy, to finding myself in the most depressed state I’ve ever been in.

Being faced with my worst fear in life to overcoming it.

Growing. Learning. Struggling. Prevailing. Reflecting.

And the cycle continues.

That is why I am here. I was once at the beginning stages just like you. Whether that’s just beginning your journey or trying to get back in the greatest shape of your life. But I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t just come down to doing a new workout routine for the next 8 weeks, or trying the latest diet fad to lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks.

We only have this one life to make the most of. To live in our full power – happy, healthy, fulfilled.  My goal is to help you reach your potential, creating the life you want to live, filled with confidence, clarity and consistency.

I can also help you do it in the half the time it took me, by learning from my own personal mistakes and experiences.
